Everything on your Doorstep, Lovely Bedroom, Great spread for Breakfast, Staff very friendly

Problem with sink in Bathroom, Water wouldn't go down, Told staff member on our way out & it seemed to be fine when we got back,But then happened again in morning.....slight plumbing issue maybe!!!

Room was CLEAN and WARM. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. I will be back.

I liked everything. The hotel is in a convenient location. We parked as advised in the underground car park of SuperValu which is directly opposite the hotel. The room was so nice, bright , spacious and airy. The pillows and bed very comfortable. Flat screen tv with all options. Tea and coffee in room. Breakfast was so nice, a huge selection of pastries, breads, cereals, fruit, yoghurt, cheese, cold meats and fancy coffee served! The bar was lovely for a quiet late evening drink. The staff friendly and helpful. We couldn’t fault it. Thank you!

Amazing value clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Plenty of hot water. Property east to find! Parking across road handy. Would definitely return at that price - or to Newport hotel where we have also been.

Thought too much food left out for breakfast when not many guests. Wasteful if remains binned each day but not good if left out next day for another 3 hours.! Bread did appear stale first morning. Bath/shower not good design. Glass ‘side’ immovable and v awkward to fix plug. To clean you’d have to climb right in! Didn’t try muffins.

Very central to restaurants and bars.

A hot breakfast would be more acceptable but I did know that it was a continental breakfast when booking. Overall a lovely place to stay.
