Great location, very central. Lovely room (apart from sockets!), very kind and friendly customer service. Great breakfast.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The room was lovely and clearly recently renovated to a very high standard - there are a few snags to complete but i'm sure you still working on that. There was however a real problem with the lack of sockets in the room. No socket near the round table - i was on a work trip so needed for my laptop, this may not bother others. Behind the main desk there was one double socket - if you wanted to use the kettle, you had to plug out the coffee machine, if you wanted to use kettle and coffee machine you had to plug out the TV. Similarly behind the bed - a single double socket for phone, lamp and alarm clock (with handy USB slots, great idea!) - there was a lot of plugging in and out involved. It seems that splitters or power strips strategically placed would solve all these problems. Just a small issue.
