Very central. Lovely modern rooms. Had breakfast one morning and it was more than I expected.

One of your receptionists whose name I do not know, wasn't very friendly. There was however another receptionist who was fabulous.

Amazing staff and location ideal. Rooms very clean and comfortable and bathroom very clean with great supply of towels and shower gels and shampoo. Great selection of foods for continental breakfast and overall a chilled and relaxed atmosphere with great access to bars and restaurants nearby

No choice of cooked breakfast or dining in options for lunch or dinner. No lift access to rooms

It’s centrial so it’s very handy. The bar is lovely and quiet. The continental breakfast is excellent. Communication was very thirough and it was clear what was included in the price.

It would have been nice to be able to get a full Irish for breakfast, but we knew it was not going to be available before we arrived: the hotel are very transparent about what they offer.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The accomodation was of a very high standard.

I found it difficult climbing the stairs with luggage. It would be great to have to have a lift for this purpose.

Het hotel ligt op een prima lokatie als uitvalsbasis voor activiteiten in de omgeving. De kamer was netjes en schoon. Ondanks dat het hotel was volgeboekt, was het heerlijk rustig, geen geluiden van andere gasten gehoord in aangrenzende kamers. Het ontbijt was uitstekend met voldoende variatie. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De auto kun je gratis parkeren in de parkeergarage van de supermarkt tegenover het hotel.

Geen minpunten. Voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn, is het hotel misschien iets minder geschikt. Er is namelijk geen lift aanwezig.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Sharon on reception and Peter The night porter. Fantastic people who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We have visited the Alcock and Brown on numerous occasions and it never let's us down. 5 stars, will definitely be back. Perfect location for exploring Clifden. Spotlessly clean.

Location was brilliant for us v central loved the cosy fly’s with fire on v invitingticked all the boxes for us carpet on stairs might do with a shampoo but our room was v clean will be back breakfast very healthy and great choice

We had a fabulous time in Alcock and Brown. The rooms are beautifully decorated and we were happily surprised when we had the continental breakfast - a great selection and great service. We felt it was excellent value for money which is something a family of six can rarely say when going to a hotel in Ireland nowadays. Thank you!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The communication with emails was great.

The people at the front desk were not always the friendliest. Not important but you could use tissue in the rooms.

The lobby & bar area had a cosy feel to it. Lovely fire as you walk through the front door. Breakfast was lovely.
